				| Greetings, Redstars!

I have struggled with trying to find a suitable landing light, housing and placement for such on my Yak for years. Maybe this is the year?! I was advised against installing a retractable model in the lower leading edge. I'd be very interested to know if anyone has found something they appreciate that actually illuminates the runway on short final.

'Hoping your '23 is off to a great start and I look forward to hearing from you, friends!

 THANK YOU!

				| You’ll see a GE lamp bolted to the nose strut on many 52’s Rico.
. Which should illuminate the runway nicely.
Mind you, the minute you pull power after the runway’s made in a night landing, all YOU are going to see is the blinding glow from the Red Generation fail light.
It’s a character builder for sure.

				| Wait for people to chime in here, I suppose.
This 52 with the forward facing lamp bracket mounted off the shimmy dampener was from the mid-nineties boom era - so I imagine at the time these were readily available from all the usual sources.
…Just like ‘old man’ wing steps, and many other accessories that now seem much harder to find new.

 THANK YOU!
