Bill Blackwell set this up for me years ago and I was either the first or second guy to get it.  The valve came off a Sikorsky CH-37 Mojave helicopter.  This was a monstrosity that had 2 W1820s mounted on each side.  "A flying transmission system built for failure".  These valves were used for the same purpose.  Evidently Bill picked these up from Davis-Monthum.     

   I don't remember if Bill ever set this up as a kit or not.
