Hi all,
I have been having a lot of trouble fabricating the nose ribs. I am using the spruce vise grip fluting tool and am wondering if the 3/8 rod one in the plans is the way to go. Any hints or advice appreciated

Joe, the problem probable isn't the tool, but rather the sequence and procedure you are using to make the mends both while in the forming block and afterwards with the hand tool.----- what part of the world are you located in?---Fritz --- do not archive

Joe,
what seems to be the problem, is it at the front of the nose rib or else where it the metal trying to pucker or is it just bowed i have dealt with these problems and others if you could elaborate maybe i could lend some help
