I have 2 sets of 5 point Hooker Harnesses for sale. They are Like New....I only used them for 20 hours...then upgraded to the 7 point Ratcheting Harnesses. They are Grey belts and trim with Red pads. Email CKeating180(at)gmail.com

Bill,
I anchored mine to the seat pan pins. Some make a second anchor bracket mounting it to the bulkhead under the seat. In that situation you cannot lift the seat out easily with the center belt anchored to the bulkhead. ( That is if you are referring to lower second lap belt and not the crotch belt). The top lap belt with the ratchet on it can mount directly to the old lap belt anchor point on both sides of the seat pan.
