Pre areo commander my choice for portables is Aerox...the cannulla and oxysaver set up is the greatest....I purchased the fittings to use the same system on my Scott builtin unit...The place to call is in San Jose california ...it is a pilot supply at Reed Hillview Airport...The Woman that works there is considered the last word in oxy systems.

After reading thoughts on oil separators, which were very informative to me, I thought I would ask for comments on likes and dislikes of various portable oxygen systems available. I have zero experience with them.

I have an Aerox system in my commander that I love also. I haven't gotten
around to installing a Scott in my airplane yet, but I will eventually; and
I'll do the same thing Craig did, adapting it with appropriate fittings.

The Airport Shoppe, which has stores at both Palo Alto and Reid-Hillview
here in San Jose, can be found at http://www.airportshoppe.com/ if you're
interested. I'm sure good deals on Aerox systems abound on the Internet so
I'd shop around.

Cheers,

/John

Dan,
I had a customer at Pagosa Springs that had a power glider and he had
a Mt High O2 system.

This little box would only flow O2 when you breathed in. It extended
the range of the bottle.
Check it out. Just a thought.
