Please can anyone advise if canopies are coachbuilt or done in a jig. My new one is about an inch too narrow, I figure it got squeezed in shipping but it also appears to be about 1/4" too long.
My old one was about 1/4"too narrow but fitted very well. Does the jury think mine will shorten up about 1/4 inch if I warm the pexiglass and put a power pack to spread the sides, will it spring back or will it not spring right back?

To long is a problem. To narrow is normal anytime these canopies get replaced. When you close it. yuo just need to push it out. Springing back is doubtful. I would n't try to strech it out. Just push, or oull from the outside when closing.
