Blitz does an incredible job, he has really turned the store around.  
 
I want everyone to be aware of another possible place for a glitch.  
 
Membership, Store and FAST are all handled by different volunteers.  We communicate as best we can but we are human and all of us have full time jobs.
 
If you ever suspect something has been "dropped" or you see a more efficient way to run RPA, please let me know.  
 
My philosophy is that RPA is not a mega-corporate, automated phone system, no human contact, organization.  We are all peers and equal members of the RPA so if something isn't right, let us know.
