Anybody know where I could get a 10mm Banjo that ends in a male 37 degree
flare for a -6 Aeroquip 666 hose fitting? Custom made?

Would prefer Stainless, or even steel that is plated.

Thx.

Ron, I got several fittings (mm to AN) from Summit Racing
www.summitracing.com . They have their own fittings as well as Earl's
fittings. You might find what you need there.

Ron,

Here's the web front for Earl's:

www.anplumbing.com

I haven't seen a banjo with -6 ends, though. Mostly -3 and
-4 stuff (for brakes).

Depending on the thread pitch (I *think* the Rotax banjo
bolts are 10 mm x 1.0???) perhaps you can use one of the
straight 10 mm to -6 adapters and attach a 90 degree -6 to it.

Hello D

"attach a 90 degree -6 to it"

Not enough space for a 90.

I guess I will just have to home grow a 416 stainless banjo. Ground up a
tool for internal radius, works Ok on aluminium, now to get hold of some
416 and give it a try.

Hi Ron,

Must be the fuel supply fitting? I understand now. Getting
the Airbox Pressure sender and a 90 degree -6 fitting to
coexist would certainly be an issue.

One last chance before you roll your own is www.batinc.net
in the MOCAL section. I just tried their site but it was
down (hopefully for maintenance). I *think* their stuff
might be too big, but bookmark the site because they have
what you need when you decide to replacing your oil system
banjos with AN fittings! Smile

Please report back on how your custom fuel banjos turn out.
Machining SS is supposed to be a bear. Good luck with it!
