There were some messages recently talking about a new battery charger but I can’t seem to find them in the archives.  Does anyone remember the manufacturer of this new battery charger?  I seem to recall that someone mentioned that it sparked when it was connected to a battery.

One popular unit is "Battery Tender".If any sparking it should be very minor.
These units suggest attaching charge cables to the battery before plugging into the AC wall outlet.
