My son Cliff stocks fresh original Russian hose material. You can send the hoses to him or he can send you hose material.

I used Cliff for my large diameter oil hoses. Sent him my old ones and he did a fantastic job replacing the hose re using my hose ends. Â
If your in Europe. Richard Goode does Hoses for the Yak as well.Â

Thank you for the mention – but it is interesting. We were finding that the original Russian hose material was having quality problems, but also they were insisting on us buying it in huge lengths. And also, certainly within Europe, it only has a six year life. We researched it and decided that the best hose material is Aeroquip 303, but then realised that, although one can seemingly assemble a new hose using 303 and the original Russian metal ends, under high test pressure we found that sometimes the flexible part detached from the end, clearly not a good thing. So Aerometal have devised a new technology, now approved by EASA, whereby they machine a new inner metal end and this, together with the original outer Russian end will hold at a pressure of over three times normal operating pressure. And, importantly 303 has a legal 10 year life, so this is what we now use for all our hoses.
