Has anyone seen Yak 52TW N57AZ? Letters to the registered owner returned as “Unknown - Incorrect Address”.
I bought this Yak new in 2003. Registered it at my resident Airpark... N57AZ.
Interested in buying it back.

This is a CJ. I forgot to mention it.

I swapped the rear triple gauge with the front and the problem stayed with the
gauge so I'm satisfied that it is the rear gauge. As for the carb temp, I had
an old spare but was unsure if it was any good. Both maxed out high. Couldn't
find the temp probe on the carb, either.

The air temp probe isn't really part of the carb, is located on the airbox ducting
just behind the air intake mesh filter screen. If you drop the lower engine
cowling you should see it mounted horizontally from the left hand side in the
airbox (as viewed standing in front of the AC)

If you're talking about the collet seals, yes.=C2- Then the blade angles
have to be reset.=C2- If you're talking about the seals in the prop hub
piston, no.=C2- To grease the bearings, you loosen the large castellated
nuts on each side and remove the entire assembly from the hub.=C2- What r
emains in the hub is one flat bearing, one race and a slider.=C2- Each si
de is the same.=C2- The other flat bearing is on the assembly you removed

If you are referring to the triple gauges yes. I have Russian triple gauges in
my CJ and they work fine.

I noticed that the castle nuts on my prop have rows of drilled & tapped
holes, but no screws installed. Photo's of other Housai props show screws
installed & safety wired. Is my CJ missing a prop piece? Thanks.
