Need new brake pads for my mono.
Other places to buy these than Europa A?

Not sure about the wire locking on the axle at the 3 o clock point?

Question was - where to purchase brakepads .. ?

Wired to the loosen side, not the tighten side on 3 o'clock bolt. Good

RAF training! A minor thing in this case and I don’t think it would cause a problem, but I can still hear my instructors words more than 50 years on.

The mono brake pads are 66-106 from Cleveland, Rapco or Grove. These are used on a lot of certificated aircraft types. Any aircraft parts vendor have them in stock.

Good alternative part number!

Does anyone happen to know which of the "economical rivet tools" on the aircraftspruce site is applicable. They have some good rivet squeezers on there, which should make this job a piece of pi$$

We use the Rapco tool ($37.75) to press out the old rivets and insert the new ones. It's easy to use and gives a nice result.
