For those thinking of using an alternative for the windscreen , someone mentioned Sikaflex -252 , i called the company tech line  and they only reccomend there -295 UV  product

along with the 226 cleaner http://www.sikaindustry.com/ipd-marine-surface-primerchart & 209 primer , this is what i think that i will use (very important to use the correct one and prepare the surfaces ).
