I found the part number for the GEM 602 electrical connector. I had the manufacturer wrong. It is Amp P/N 583861-9, which is obsolete. A Google search turned up the following web link. This item appears to be unavailable.

Jim at Insight got back to me. There is an updated part number. It is P/N 1-583861-1 . It is available through Digikey.
