Steve,
You can find a copy of the oil bracket drawing on the Europa Club website.

I hope this helps.

Hi All

I need to make the oil tank bracket as shown in the build manual, which refers to a template but there isn’t one in the online version.

Hi Steve I sanded a radius on a piece of aluminium to make the radiused bend, clamped to a table and bending was easy. Here's some pics: https://1drv.ms/u/s!Ah1S270Nwg9Vyxc4F-HgDE4FK1mf?e=keZYF8 I used a combo tool to make 90 degree bend and the slip rollers to make the large radius. Ron P.

I was lucky that at work we had a small press brake like this one:

https://www.eastwood.com/eastwood-press-brake-attachment.html?gclid=CjwKCAjw_NX7BRA1EiwA2dpg0jDX8-W9VjCLjU9zezDWsllOo0D_HFVvArAxtvWUqrX4n9FTTJyG0hoCQLsQAvD_BwE

The one I used was not used with a press. It has a small lever to move the blade down.

Not suggesting you buy one just for this bracket but boy did it make doing those tight bends easy. I also made the curve part with it. Bend a little, move 5mm bend a little again. Yes it ends up a little steppy but looks and works nice.

Best,
Chris
