Did you all decide where to go or did we lose interest? Or run out of money just thinking about it?

I have 2 guys that want formation training. So I need to tell them which way to point the nose.

Formation will be easier! Not much safer, but easier.
If I can in touch with P.J., I'll come out and we can fly formation.
I still need your address to send the formation manual.
Send it to my czech6 address.

Several years ago, Mojave charged CJAA more for fuel then regular fly-in customers.
I would suggest California City Airport (L71) is about 5 min away and has the
best fuel prices locally (and I am sure the manager will work with you).

We currently do not have a hotel, so you would need to stay in mojave (unless
you want to sleep on my couch and floor).

If you need tools for repairs, I have a hanger full of tools to make repairs.

California City, if there is a deal on fuel. The manager of gas will want to
be sure
that we will buy some and fly. Some one should check the price at Fox.
Hotels are close. There are fuel deals if we beg.

The price at Fox stinks and the management will not deal with you.
Mojave and Cal City have much better price on fuel.

John.

I've seen a lot of emails flying around about an L-29 fly-in, but I
lost track of where and when.

John,

I was thinking of doing the formation ground school Friday afternoon/early evening. Can we use your hanger for the class? Although with all the airplanes you have is there any room?

Unless they have any class rooms in the public area. I've never been there. Is there parking by your hanger area?

Thanks again for your hospitality. Hope your there.

Bill

Bill,

I have a t-hanger, I can set some tables up in for us to meet. We also have
a resturant at the airport, that is not too busy. I will work it out before
everyone arrives.

Parking is close(500-100 ft from my hanger. I will work with tom weil on moving
some aircraft for bettr parking access.
